Arrowroot — chik (칡) in Korean — has been part of Korean food and drink for generations, most often pressed into a dark, earthy juice. This is that drink in a 60ml pouch, with no sugar added.
What it is
Purified water, Korean arrowroot, and vitamin C. No added sugar and no artificial flavors, so what you taste is the root itself: earthy and mild. A box of thirty pouches holds 1,800ml in total.
How it's enjoyed
Tear open a pouch and drink it as is. It is good chilled or over ice, and in colder months you can stand the sealed pouch in hot water for a few minutes and drink it warm. The flat pouches fit a bag, a lunchbox, or a desk drawer.
