What it is
Doraji — bellflower root — has been on the Korean table for centuries, in side dishes, in home-brewed pots, in a dark jar kept through winter. This is that root, grown in Korea and drawn into a concentrated herbal juice. No additives, no preservatives, no artificial ingredients. Just the root.
How it's enjoyed
Straight from the pouch — the flavor is deep and unmistakably rooty. If you prefer it softer, stir a pouch into warm water with a spoonful of honey and let it become a tea. Room temperature is fine; warmed is better on a cold morning.
