What it is
Black ginseng (heuksam) is Korean ginseng steamed and dried nine times, until it turns nearly black. For EveryGin Premium, Geumsan Black Ginseng Co., Ltd. blends its black ginseng extract (30%) with purified water and seals it in single-serve sticks.
How it's enjoyed
The label suggests one stick a day for adults. Natural ginseng sediment may settle, so give the stick a gentle shake before tearing it open. Enjoy it as is, and do not microwave the pouch.
