Three Korean-grown ingredients and nothing else: 97% pear, 2% bellflower root, 1% ginger. Cold-pressed and never concentrated, so what tastes sweet here is the pear itself.
Korean pear is among the juiciest fruit grown on the peninsula — sweet enough that nothing needs to be poured in after. Bellflower root gives the drink its earthy base, and a single percent of Korean ginger sits underneath, warm and just barely there. Sixty millilitres is a real serving, not a sip.
Most fruit-and-root drinks are made from concentrate and then rebuilt with water. This one is pressed and stays pressed. Cold-pressing keeps the color and the fresh-fruit character that heat would flatten.
This matters more than it sounds. Leaving all three out means the pear has to carry the drink on its own — which is only possible if you start with enough fruit. Ninety-seven percent is the answer to that.
One to three pouches a day, as you like. Straight from the pouch at room temperature, or chilled. The pouches are shelf-stable, so a box lives just as easily in a desk drawer as in the fridge.
