What it is
GeumHeuk's honey slices are made from Korean black ginseng (54%), sliced and preserved with Korean honey and isomalto-oligosaccharide. The honey softens black ginseng's natural bitterness into a deep, bittersweet chew. They are made in Geumsan, Korea's historic ginseng region.
How it's enjoyed
Enjoy two or three slices at a time as a snack, or steep a few slices in hot water for a honeyed cup of tea. Each 20g pouch is sealed, so it travels easily — once opened, enjoy it soon.
