How to Enjoy
- Boil the buckwheat noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes to 4 minutes and 39 seconds.
- After boiling, rinse the noodles several times in cold water and remove as much water as possible.
- Place the noodles in a bowl, add perilla oil and Tsuyu soy sauce, and gently mix.
- Sprinkle sesame powder and seaweed powder over the mixed noodles, and it's ready to serve!
