**Cooking Instructions:**
1. Soak the mushrooms in lukewarm water for an hour, then rinse thoroughly under running water 3-4 times.
2. Soak in boiling water for 30 minutes, then let it cool.
3. Squeeze out excess water from the mushrooms, then place them in a frying pan with sesame oil and stir-fry with various seasonings (green onions, garlic, salt, seasoning, etc.).

요리방법
- 한 시간 미지근한 물에 나물을 불린 뒤 깨끗하게 흐르는 물에 3~4회 씻는다.
- 30분간 끓는 물에 불리고 식을때까지 나둔다.
- 삶은 나물을 꼭 짜서 후라이팬에 넣고 들기름을 두르고 각종양념 (파, 마늘, 꺠소금, 조미료등)과 함께 볶는다.
- 나물볶음으로 드셔도 좋고 비빔밥을 요리하실때 넣으면 더욱 깊은 맛을 낸다.
